Comparative Market Analysis

In the CMA, we collect and compare data about homes that have recently sold in your neighborhood. We analyze the report for homes that are comparable to yours in terms of house size, lot size, improvements, locations, and schools.

  • Homes sold in the last six months
  • Homes that were on the market that did not sell
